Go to and check the top left corner that you are on Dock’s mainnet. If not, then click on the network name, click on Live Networks > Dock, and click Switch.
Click Add account and enter the recovery mnemonic phrase of your existing wallet.
Make sure to use the seed phrase of the wallet that stores your DOCK tokens. Check the box "I have saved my mnemonic seed safely" and click Next button.
Add a name for your account and create a password, click Next. Click Save on the next screen.
Your account has been added, you should be able to see your accounts and the balances in the .
